Job Summary:

As a Senior Plumber, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our plumbing systems. This position involves complex plumbing tasks in various settings, requiring a high level of skill and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead plumbing projects, ensuring all installations and repairs meet the highest standards.
• Interpret complex blueprints and schematics for advanced plumbing systems.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and repair services for a wide range of plumbing issues.
• Mentor junior plumbers, fostering skill development and adherence to industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes.
• Maintain excellent customer relations, representing G&T’s commitment to quality and service.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in plumbing, with a strong background in both residential and commercial projects.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in managing plumbing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer and team interactions.
• Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications.

Education and Training:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a 4- to 5-year apprenticeship program under a master plumber.
• Vocational or community college plumbing courses are advantageous.
