What You’ll Do

As a Service Plumber at G&T Plumbing, your day-to-day will focus on providing exceptional customer service while addressing a wide variety of plumbing needs. From troubleshooting complex plumbing issues to installing or repairing fixtures, you’ll bring both technical expertise and excellent communication skills to every job.

Key responsibilities include:

• Service Calls: Respond to client needs promptly, professionally diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues.
• System Maintenance & Repairs: Perform repairs on water lines, fixtures, and appliances such as water heaters, softeners, and disposals.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly with clients, explaining issues, providing solutions, and offering guidance on preventative maintenance.
• Problem Solving: Leverage your technical know-how to identify leaks, unclog drains, adjust water pressure, and ensure systems are functioning efficiently.
• Adaptability: Navigate a fast-paced environment with changing schedules and priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

• Knows the Trade: Has experience with plumbing systems, tools, and materials (testing tools, wrenches, cutters, etc.).
• Thrives in Communication: Can explain technical solutions to non-technical clients in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven plumbing experience (journeyman preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Familiarity with current plumbing codes and regulations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
